ORVO Group provides facilities management, cleaning, maintenance and grounds services across Scotland. This notice explains how we handle the information you share through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or join the ORVO Connect early-access list, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, company and the message or preferences you send.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except where needed to respond to your enquiry or where required by law.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, and where you have asked, to keep you updated about ORVO Connect. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Contact us at hello@orvogroup.com and we will respond promptly.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive here, so we can improve it. Google Analytics only loads, and its cookies are only set, if you choose to accept them in the cookie banner. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) last up to two years. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this website’s cookies in your browser, after which the banner will ask again. Beyond that we use only what is strictly necessary for the site to work, plus a small setting in your browser that remembers your cookie choice.
Our pages may load fonts and images from our own servers only. Forms send your details securely to us and nowhere else.
